CCR is seeking a Controller for Italy who will also be part of the Southern Area team. He/she will play the role of the trusted advisor of the operational leader(s) and will interact with the finance team of the area. The goals of the controller are:Manage month‑end closing processLead Shared Services RTR, PTP and OTC teams of the entityManage tax process and identify and control risks and find opportunities to offset themManage cash flow of the entityContribute to the successful deployment of S4 Hana in ItalyManage statutory activitiesLead internal, tax and statutory/reporting auditsManage controlling activities required by the groupEnsure compliance with the group's internal policiesThe successful candidate will provide essential support for the achievement of the Plan/Target and for the success of the Strategic Plan. The individual will work with a wide range of key stakeholders including the Area Finance Team and leadership team, operational and functional teams.Proactive analysis, identification and implementation of actions in partnership with the Area Finance Manager and Operational Business Functions to drive business profitability and growthDrive / manage cash flow metrics and design working capital improvement plans with Operations (DSO, NITO, AP days)Play a key role on the forthcoming S4 Hana implementation. Improve data quality as basis for the analysis, drive the ERP to set‑up required financial transparency to analyze the businessOverall coordination as well as detailed Solutions Delivery Yearly Plan / Quarterly Forecast / Monthly Performance Review preparation in cooperation with Partner Business FunctionsSales/Margin/Cost analysis versus Plan/Forecast/Prior YearProject controlling validation and continuous monitoring of the Solutions Delivery Projects (Sales and Margin)KPI and ad‑hoc reporting locally as well as to the HeadquartersDrive a culture of "best practice" by leading / participating in various process improvement projects to simplify, streamline and automateFluent in Italian and English is essentialSelf‑starter able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environmentClear and effective communication skillsDuties may require periodic overtime hours to support project deliverablesBachelor’s Degree in Finance with a focus on Tax and IFRSMinimum 5 years of relevant experience as Controller or Chief accountant, at an international companyGood MS‑Office and ERP skills (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, Access, Powerpoint)Focus on results with a proactive drive and sense of ownershipDaring to challenge and disruptAssertiveness and persuasion skillsOrientation to detail / analytical skills (high attention to detail)Ability to present the global picture, be concise, to prioritize in order to focus on the main subjectsAbility to manage short‑term tasks as well as mid to long termGood communication, presentationAvailability for travel (10‑30%)#J-18808-Ljbffr
