**Ruolo e team**

Stiamo cercando un* **Sourcing & Vendor** **Intern (f/m/x)** che si unirà alla nostra squadra con un **contratto di Stage di 6 mesi**. In questo ruolo, farai parte del nostro dipartimento Finance, supportando la figura del Procurement Junior Manager nella gestione di fornitori e contratti e nell’analisi delle esigenze dei vari dipartimenti aziendali.
Il lavoro si svolge su **turni di 8 ore**, dal lunedì al venerdì.

**Di seguito sono riportati alcuni esempi delle tue attività principali**:

- Analizzare le esigenze delle nostre Aree di Business, in base alle esigenze produttive (es. Facility, HR, IT, Design & Build, ecc.)
- Analisi di mercato, mappatura e ricerca di nuovi fornitori e analisi dei dati per ottenere informazioni utili per il Team
- Supporto nella gestione dei fornitori, nell'interfaccia online/on-site e gestione degli ordini su vari siti di eCommerce
- Supporto nella lettura e valutazione dei contratti
- Supporto nella gestione operativa delle utenze (trasferimenti, gestione fornitori, ecc.)
- Sviluppare report per monitorare l'avanzamento delle attività, aggiornare i file Excel interni e monitorare anche la posta in arrivo

**Cosa ti servirà per avere successo nel ruolo**
- Laurea in Economia/Statistica/Matematica/Scienze Politiche
- Padronanza fluente della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Office Suite (specialmente Excel)
- Forte spirito analitico, curiosità, flessibilità e riservatezza
- Interesse per il miglioramento dei processi e predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Capacità di creare project plans, tracciare e monitorare i progressi e ottenere risultati in maniera autonoma
