Gli obiettivi del progetto formativo saranno i seguenti:
in affiancamento al Team Structured Lending Team, sarà previsto il coinvolgimento nelle attività di execution delle operazioni strutturate sia Corporate sia Leveraged & Acquisition Financing con focus sulla clientela Corporate Mid Cap. Trattasi di analisi e strutturazioni di operazioni di finanziamento prevalentemente a medio-lungo termine per supportare aziende sia per esigenze lato Corporate (finanziamento di piani di investimento/capex, esigenze di circolante etc) sia lato Leverage/Acquisition (finanziamento di operazioni di acquisto di società target sia con strutture di leverage-buy-out tipiche dei fondi di private equity sia come corporate acquisition). L’esperienza formativa consentirà inoltre di essere coinvolti nell'analisi di operazioni di Wealth Management strutturato con particolare riferimento a operazioni di finanziamento alle holding con collaterali illiquidi (real estate, azioni private etc).

L’esperienza di internship sarà ulteriormente valorizzata dalla possibilità di affiancare il team nell’analisi qualitativa e quantitativa delle operazioni dal punto di vista business e creditizio che prevede le analisi relative al merito di credito e alla sostenibilità dei flussi finanziari (es. analisi di business plan, financial modelling, business e financial due diligence) e all'analisi dei collaterali.

Infine, l’internship consentirà di approfondire la gestione operativa del portafoglio Corporate, Leveraged & Structured Finance, affiancando il team nel processo di onboarding del cliente, reporting e monitoraggio delle operazioni chiuse.

Skills e formazione richiesta:

- ultimo anno laurea magistrale o laurea in Economia o Ingegneria
- ottima conoscenza lingua inglese
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e Power Point)
- precedenti esperienze di stage in ambito Leveraged Lending e/o Corporate Finance costituiranno elemento qualificante aggiuntivo.

L’internship inizierà nel mese di settembre 2025, prevedendo una durata 6 mesi, impegno full time e sede di lavoro Milano.
