The IG Financing Solutions team - part of UniCredit’s Client Solutions team within the Advisory and Financing Solutions - offers the best-in-class solutions and capabilities in structuring and assessing complex financing transactions, providing lending and debt advisory services to top-notch Italian large clients across multiple sectors. IG Financing Solutions is the result of the combination of the Corporate Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets businesses, covering both Investment Grade corporates as well as Bank and Insurance bond issuers and loan borrowers in Italy. We are amongst the market leaders in Italy and EMEA evidenced by top league table positions. - The team is fully integrated with Advisory & Financing Solutions platform and works closely together with Senior Bankers, Sectors, M&A, ECM and other product specialists within the UniCredit network advising clients on bespoke financing solutions from general corporate financings to acquisitions financings with the target to meet the specific needs of the client and originate new deals. - You will be joining a highly skilled team with broad exposure towards clients and senior management, while working with lead role on various transactions. **What you'll be doing**: - As VP/Director you will act as deal captain within the deal team in the origination and structuring of complex lending transactions covering key UniCredit clients in Italy. The job will, among other things, comprise the following aspects: - Origination of corporate structured financings: liaise with other key UniCredit stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities, enhance internal cooperation and maximize client cross-selling (e.g. Senior Banker, Loan Syndicate, Advisory, Rating Advisory) - Assessment of the optimal capital structure of a client in different situations (refinancings, investments, acquisition, spin-off, IPO, merger) - Structuring bespoke financings (including bridge to bond, capex line, acquisition financings) liaising with, among others, Rating Advisory, Loan Syndicate, Sectors teams - Conduct credit and risk analysis - Coordination of credit papers and presentation in committee - Negotiation of term sheets / loan documentations - Production and presentation of pitch books - Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory changes affecting lending activities - Ensuring compliance to UniCredit’s policies and values - Supporting the Associates and Analysts in their personal and professional development **What you'll need to succeed**: - University degree in business administration, economics, finance or engineering - More than 7-10 years experience in corporate structured finance and/or leverage finance - Strong analytical, financial modeling and accounting skills - Advisory skills and entrepreneurial personality to develop the business - Strong business sense with ability to understand market trends, business models and competitive landscapes - Excellent communication skills - Strong co-operation mindset used to deal with international teams, pro-active attitude - Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time and on-quality, capability to prioritize and to multi-task - Strong team player - Proficient in written and spoken English **What you'll get in return**: - You will be joining an international environment and you will have the chance to play a key role in leading deals origination and execution **About UniCredit Group**: - Die UniCredit ist eine paneuropäische Geschäftsbank mit einem einzigartigen Produkt - und Service-Angebot in Italien, Deutschland sowie Zentral - und Osteuropa.
