**Description of Area/Unit**
- The offered role is in the Client Solution division, specifically in the Specialised Lending Central Europe & Eastern Europe team, which provides corporate and investment banking solutions to large corporates and financial sponsors in the regions.
- The
- _Specialised Lending Central Europe & Eastern Europe team _is involved in developing and implementing financial solutions with a variety of different products (corporate structured finance, leveraged finance, project finance, real estate finance and debt advisory). We are market leader in the CE&EE region providing lending and debt advisory services to top notch corporates and financial investors covering multiple sectors in our core markets. Through
- _Central Europe_, we operate in 5 Central European countries: Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.
- Through
- _Eastern Europe_, we operate in 5 Eastern European countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Serbia.

**Job Scope**
- The offered role will give you the opportunity to get fully involved in structured finance transactions:

- Provide transaction support in the origination, structuring and execution of new transactions involving different products and sectors
- Take ownership and responsibility for building financial models, analyzing business plans, coordinating due diligence, and preparing credit memoranda
- Proactively manage the dialogue with internal (syndication, relationship managers, M&A, DCM, ECM, etc.) and external (clients, lawyers, accounting firms, etc.) stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Proactively manage internal credit processes, including the involvement of all required stakeholders and presentation of internal memos to different business & credit committees
- Support in portfolio management activities for existing portfolio deals

Requisiti
- Student attending a Bachelor Degree (at least enrolled in the 2nd year) or a Master Degree
- Strong interest in structured Finance
- Excellent academic track record
- Fluency in English
- Full-time availability
- Problem solving, proactivity, judgement and teamworking skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and financial modelling
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
