**About the Role**

Our goal is to make architectural design and direct manufacturing of houses accessible to everyone through an architectural design software that offers exceptional graphic visualization and usability. We are currently developing the first BIM software that is linked to the direct production of buildings.
- The Design Team works on various user touch-points, ranging from house design to community and file management, including digital twin apps.

**What You Will Do**:

- Contribute to the production of high quality deliverables at both operational and strategic/organizational levels
- Work closely with Team Leader, Product Owners, and Designers to guarantee the best result
- Contribute to the collection and definition of product goals, user flows, information architecture and low/mid/high-fidelity prototypes
- Produce documentation for developers and follow up on the task at hand

- Up-to-date knowledge of the necessary Design tools: we use **Figma** and **Adobe CC**:

- A solid grasp of user-centered design (**UCD**), user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Preference for **Minimalistic Design**:

- ** English & Italian Proficiency**: we are an international team
- High-level knowledge of the development process: we won't expect you to write code, but you will need to be able to dialogue with developers efficiently
- Experience with 3D modeling software and/or Gaming Industry
- Experience with After Effects or similar software for high-quality animations and prototyping
- We value a **Degree** or **certified courses** in User Experience Design / Interaction Design / Web Design / Digital Graphic Art and Multimedia or similar
- Keeping up with the latest design trends
- Strong interest in construction technology, AI and cutting-edge products.

- Good **Communication Skills**
- €31,000 - €40,000 a year
- Annual Bonus & Career development plan based on performance and achievement of KPIs.

**What we offer**:

- ️Flex Time: you can decide when to come and go to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00 am in which presence is required (wfh/office), and the rest of the day is up to you (max 40h per week)
