**Descrizione del lavoro** Chi stiamo cercando?**
- Un _**_IT Support _**_che si occuperà di supportare gli utenti on-site per un noto cliente che opera nel settore bancario._

**Requisiti Tecnici Richiesti**:

- _ Piattaforme di Ticketing: Esperienza con ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP_
- _ Sistemi Operativi: Conoscenza approfondita di Windows e iOS_
- _ Gestione Attività: Pianificazione e gestione delle attività secondo priorità e SLA_
- _ Active Directory: Gestione delle utenze (reset password, creazione e gestione gruppi)_
- _ Office 365: Installazione, troubleshooting e gestione del tenant_
- _ Networking: Competenze di base e capacità di troubleshooting di rete, conoscenza dei principali protocolli di rete_
- _ MDM: Utilizzo delle console di Mobile Device Management_
- _ Troubleshooting software_

**Esperienza richiesta nel ruolo**:6 mesi - 1 anno

**Modalità di lavoro**: full on-site in centro a Reggio Emilia, dal lunedi al venerdì.
- Si offre un contratto di apprendistato della durata di 36 mesi con concrete prospettive di assunzione a tempo indeterminato._
