**a&o hostels is coming to Milano - opening in July 2025.**
To support our team at **a&o hostel and hotel Milano**we are **looking for YOU**:

- a hardworking and independent **Receptionist**(M/F/x)**to manage our Self-Service-Restaurant.

**YOUR JOB**
- You are the figurehead of a&o: our Front Desk is your territory.
- You are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception or in the lobby as Guest Relation Officer
- To make our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and provide tourist information
- You take care of our guests and their concerns
- As shift leader, you take responsibility for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly
- You will contribute to the creation of service hours and holidays
- You will serve hot and cold drinks and snacks at the bar and prepare snacks
- You will be responsible for managing staff and their shifts
- You will be responsible for the guest document registration system

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have experience or have completed training in the hotel or tourism sector.
- You naturally have a great sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
- You enjoy dealing with guests and demonstrate this, regardless of the time of day or night.
- You are characterised by an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team.
- Commitment and independence are a matter of course for you.
- Even in shifts that start as early as 6 a.m., you find it easy to remain friendly, highly motivated and service-oriented.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English - of course we are happy to know other languages that you speak.
- You have a good attitude to stress control.
