What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Planning and controlling and in particular in the management and finance team, reporting directly to Corporate Controlling & Planning Senior Manager;- You will have the opportunity to be involved into Group Planning and control activities. You will play a key role in planning activities (Rolling Forecast, Official Forecast & Budget, Long Term Plan) and into strategic planning process including consolidation, financial and strategic analysis and presentation to senior management. You will be involved into the transformation and development of the management reporting and planning process, to further enhance, support and enable delivery of an efficient and accurate management reporting & planning process. You will drive improvements and automation in planning process, and you will provide ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning for decision making process.

Who you are:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A/Financial Controlling & Reporting / experience in primary Consultancy firm;- You have a degree in Stem/Finance/Economics/Management or similar;- You have excellent knowledge of both Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent modelling and data presentation skills;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are comfortable working with tight deadlines, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities. You are highly organized, energetic, and well-structured thinking adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadline; you have excellent analytical skills and curiosity;- You know how to work in team and deal with different stakeholder at different level.

Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in a similar role;- Basic knowledge of Sap Fi-Co; Oracle HFM-EPM.
