Do you love Florence and enjoy sharing its history, charm, and hidden gems with travelers from around the world? Guydeez is looking for passionate local hosts to lead **private, personalized walking tours** for small groups.

This freelance opportunity is ideal for locals who enjoy storytelling, cultural exchange, and creating authentic experiences. **No professional tour guide license is required.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging walking tours through Florence’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden treasures
- Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and local recommendations
- Customize each tour to guests’ interests and pace
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every visitor
- Optionally host food-focused or culinary experiences

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of Florence’s history, culture, and main attractions
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages:
French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, or Chinese
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with small groups
- Comfortable leading tours lasting **3 to 8 hours**

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience in guiding, hospitality, or tourism (a plus, not required)
