MISSION

We are looking for an analytical Commercial Controller who will provide financial support to the sales function and drive integrity in financial and business decisions.

With an accurate gap analysis, the person in the role will contribute to the development and execution of business strategies and to the increase of shareholder value, in line with global policies and directions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Deploy the Global Finance direction, processes and procedures in the geographical area of responsibility

Monitor the sales volumes trends by market, model, engine and trim mix

Monitor models margins trends by market

Join the Commercial Policy approval process

Join the Pricing approval process on new models

Join the decision making process on monthly/quarterly promo plan and fleet deals

Monitor Selling and Marketing expenses in the geographical area of responsibility

Lead the budget and forecast process

Join the monthly closing process and analyze the key business metrics to support the decision making process

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance and Controlling

At least 3-4 years of qualified experience as an accountant

Experience working within a large complex contract; knowledge of high volume retail and cash environments is desirable

Strong commercial acumen; willing and able to challenge accepted practices and processes

Outstanding track record in influencing decision making and improving performance with positive profit impact

Client relationships evidenced by ability to make and influence profit decisions

Strong reporting and organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent knowledge of Italian language (C2), Fluency in English (C1)

Being accurate, able to communicate effectively and a good team-player
