**About MiGuide**:
MiGuide is a creative startup introducing truly innovative guiding solutions for modern-day museums, galleries, historical parks, zoos, etc. We introduce big data to museums and government institutions which can help decision-makers get a completely new, accurate and realistic inside of regional and national tourism information.

We are looking to fill this position in: US, UK, Italy, France, Spain, Germany

**What you will do**:
As the Director of Sales, you will identify, develop and manage sales opportunities to build and scale our presence in Italy. You will be moving multiple sales simultaneously, successfully building relationships with Italian museums, historical parks, galleries, zoos, and other government institutions.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Must reside in Italy and be a citizen of the EU.

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record and demonstrated success in selling SaaS, software, and/or spec work to large enterprises and global companies and government agencies
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers
- Act without being told what to do.
- Brings new ideas to the company

**Preferred Skills**:

- Professional work experience in government / cultural institutions
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly
