**Attività principali**:

- Raccogliere da diverse fonti ed inserire tutte le informazioni riguardanti immobili logistici, nonché i dati relativi a clienti e terze parti all’interno di database aziendali, curandone il periodico aggiornamento;
- Collaborare strettamente con il team Technology per lo sviluppo dei moduli dell’ERP aziendale dedicati al Logistics and Industrial Department, fornendo supporto dalla fase di migrazione dei dati alla definizione delle nuove logiche mantenimento ed aggiornamento dei dati;
- Supporto al Logistics and Industrial Department per le analisi richieste e per le estrazioni sulla base di predefiniti interni e supporto al Research Department per il costante monitoraggio dei dati di mercato relativi all’asset class Logistics and Industrial.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma di scuola secondaria di II° Livello o Laurea
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Flessibilità, capacità a lavorare in team, proattività
- Forti capacità analitiche, problem solving e cura del dettaglio
