Technical Production Excellence Specialist

**The position**
- As a Technical Production Excellence Specialist, you will:

- Support and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across different departments and analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational workflows and facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address inefficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor teams on Lean and OPEX principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable process enhancements.

**Qualifications**
- Need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Process Optimization.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and process mapping tools (e.g., Power BI, Minitab, Visio).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to have:

- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service operations.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
- Familiarity with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
