You will support medical marketing and detailing team to implement HCP detailing strategy for OTC product range and will be directly involved into brand management activities.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Market analysis and sell-out dynamic monitoring
- Support Detailing Force Management: fill analytical reports to manage KPI inside of HCP detailing project and drive rightly detailing strategy, track detailing performance and costs, day-by-day interface to support detailing team job (project management, detailing aids availability/tracking, detailing presentation,)
- Project management: support the team into the development of detailing materials/med. mktg project aligned with the brand priorities and needs coming from field. Work closely with external agencies and internally involving all the functions needed to manage the project
- Congress management: support 360° HCP event organization from the planning to the contract signature, monitoring all HCP aspects to be compliant to internal policies and local/global regulations. Part of this task will be HCP spending tracking.
- Work with Regulatory/Medical Affairs/Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure all element of HCP strategy/implementation are achievable, understood and fit into the full strategic picture
- REQUIREMENTS- Economics Degree
- 1/2 years of experience in pharmaceutical environmental or FMCG company
- Analytical acumen
- Fluency in English
- Good relational skills and willingness to work in team
- Ownership and autonomy to build relationship/drive initiatives
