We are looking for an Engineering Manager/Senior Project Engineer profile with consolidated leadership in requisition Engineering Management and potential for further growth. The role will be within Climate Technology Solutions Engineering organization, focusing on an innovative solutions portfolio. You shall demonstrate project leadership and seniority, being capable of directly managing projects and support other Project Engineers, actively working for their professional development.

As a Portfolio Project Engineering Leader - Climate Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for:

- Translating customer needs in operative and realistic plans involving technical departments, partners and suppliers.
- Managing complex projects, leading Engineers from both machinery and plant design disciplines.
- Leading all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as overall technical point of contact for the customer, taking responsibility of the overall engineering team.
- Engaging customers and internal functions from conceptual phase to commercial alignment and consequent project execution.
- Engineering partners coordination for any technical aspect of the project, including machinery team and possible construction partner from project inception to the execution phase.
- Coordinating between global engineering teams and partners to technically support a flawless execution of all the activities included in project plan.
- Leading effort to create suitable technical solution and execution model of Heat Pumps projects, including close collaboration with NPD team and ITO Team.
- Leading effort to create suitable technical solution and execution model of plant or solution projects, including close collaboration with New Product Introduction team and commercial Team.
- Leading engineers, working for their professional development. Closely collaborate with CTS Project Engineering Leader to achieve overall Project Engineering organization goals.
- Identifying and mitigating risks with FMEA methodology, leading Design Reviews according to BH Engineering processes.
- Understanding applicable technical regulations and engage with local advisors and regulatory agencies.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical, Chemical, Energy, Nuclear).
- Have demonstrated requisition Engineering experience, preferably as Project Engineer.
- Have large projects execution experience.
- Have knowledge of either rotating equipment or plant solutions, ideally both.
- Have extensive experience in technical roles.
- Have great oral and written English and Italian communication skills.
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have cross-functional teamwork ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Have genuine passion for talent development, diversity inclusion and cultural change to embrace new technologies deployment
