**Take ownership and drive operations and strategic initiatives for CTS Engineering**

You will lead the CTS Demand To Inquiry - Inquiry To Order Project Engineering team, assuring Engineering support to CTS DTI and Commercial teams during multi-disciplinary activities such as feasibilities studies, pre-FEEDs, technical risk assessments and NPD commercialization. You will report to the CTS Engineering Director, while being part of the Project Engineering community of IET

As a DTI-ITO Project Engineering Leader - CTS, you will be responsible for:

- Being the primary Engineering interface for CTS Commercial and DTI teams, when a coordinated Engineering effort is required to support the engagement with the Customer.
- Ensuring Engineering engagement and support aligned with CTS Business requirements, by collaborating with all Engineering teams to leverage the required resources.
- Providing leadership and technical direction for assigned studies and initiatives, including robust technical risk management.
- Ensuring IP protection since early phase of bids, and a smooth ITO/OTR hand off supporting Requisition teams Leading the scouting and identification of external engineering partnerships in the industrial and academic world.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved.
- Communicating technical and financial aspects of outcomes in the organization effectively, by ensuring proper mitigations and contingencies are in place.
- Working closely and providing input to NPD teams. Identifying initiatives to continuously improve the responsiveness to customer/business needs.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc. or MSc. in Engineering.
- Have extensive Project Engineering experience, preferably as Project Engineering Manager.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Have very good collaboration skills and ability to work closely with multiple functions.
- Have knowledge of emerging technologies, especially CCUS and CPS (advantageous)
