We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes

As a ITO Productivity Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Driving cost accuracy activities execution assuring targets accomplishment.
- Working with Cross functional Teams to ensure the results are delivered on time and quality.
- Preparing, reviewing and sharing weekly dashboards for process KPI monitoring and control.
- Working together with the commercial team to identify critical projects to address and to manage priorities.
- Managing/Updating the Productivity for ITO Work Instruction and digital infrastructure maintenance and continuous improvements.
- Presenting results to the leadership team on monthly/quarterly bases.
- Scheduling and conducting regular and on-demand training on the process

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering
- Have experience in a technical commercial role or purchasing office.
- Have good knowledge of turbomachinery products and services.
- Have a good understanding of turbomachinery organization and operating processes.
- Have working knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Oracle ERP and Project Planning.
- Be fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Can work in multifunctional teams and be task oriented.
- Have excellent communication skills, be able to solve complex problems as well as possessing strong organization skills.
- Be able to work in a matrix organization structure.
- Be a team player, being able to effectively communicate with your peers and supervisors.
- Be a self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership and have a high level of motivation.
- Possess excellent presentation skills.
