Competenze richieste:
Competenze tecnico gestionali specifiche della mansione;
Gestione rapporti con clienti;
Organizzazione e gestione ispezioni in loco;
Coordinamento di tutti i reparti coinvolti negli eventi corporate/leisure, inclusa la cura dell’ODS indicando tutti i dettagli per la creazione dell’evento;
Supervisione e gestione delle esigenze operative e logistiche in loco quando si svolgono gli eventi;
Gestione del sistema PMS aziendale, inclusa la verifica di depositi, pagamenti e fattura finale prima dell’emissione della fattura finale;
Supervisione e gestione degli eventi interni della struttura, gala dinner, serate show, eventi speciali etc etc;
Collaborazione con il reparto Marketing per l’aggiornamento costante del materiale pubblicitario necessario (brochure, materiale digitale, foto, fact sheet);
Requisti:
Pregressa esperienza nella mansione in contesti di Hotellerie/Ristorazione/Bar;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Orientamento al cliente e alla vendita;
Eccellenti capacità comunicative, relazionali e commerciali;
Ottimo standing;
Eccellenti capacità di gestione del tempo e organizzazione;
Attitudine ai rapporti personali nonché forte predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
Capacità di individuare e comprendere gli aspetti essenziali del problema, riuscire a definirne la priorità, e attitudine al problem solving;
Proattività al fine di migliorare lo status attuale anziché adattarsi alle circostanze e limitarsi a reagire agli eventi;
Ottima conoscenza Microsoft Excel;
