Job Summary:
**The Marketing Officer - Sales Promotions** is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase membership, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue for the fitness gym and rehabilitation laboratory. This role involves market analysis, creative campaign design, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to execute effective promotions.
I. Key Responsibilities:
A. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the gym and rehab lab’s services.
- Identify target markets and create tailored promotional plans to attract and retain clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
B. Sales Promotions:
- Design and implement sales promotion campaigns, including special offers, discounts, events, and membership drives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage promotional events, such as open houses, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
C. Digital Marketing:
- Develop engaging content to drive traffic and engagement across digital platforms.
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and attract new clients.
D. Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other vendors to produce high-quality promotional content.
E. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community organizations.
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance client retention.
F. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and promotional activities.
- Provide regular reports to the General Manager on marketing performance, including ROI and client acquisition metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
II. Qualifications:
A. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales promotions, preferably in the fitness or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
