Management of the Italian Sales team*
- Maximize the potential and results of each Account Executive/Account Managers
- Train & coach Account Executives/AM
- Manage AE/AM performance
- Manage AE/AM career path
- Convey to the Sales team an exceptional level of expectation

Reporting*
Implementation and follow-up of KPI on the efficiency of our sales cycle
Set-up a direct reporting line to report on performance & share actions plans to improve
