As a Junior Distribution Core and Mass Market Manager, you will design, execute, and control all sales activities for the defined area of responsibility to fulfill the sales objectives and maximize the business for all Infineon products according to the business plan agreed with the Regional Sales Head and the divisions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with local distributor branch offices. To achieve success in this role, you will have to manage several distribution accounts and search for potential new accounts.

In your new role you will:

- **Build and maintain strong and trustful relationship **with the distribution partners through regular visits to distributors branch offices and their major end customers.
- Acquire knowledge of **customers, market conditions, competitor information and trends **in the assigned territory.
- Strive to achieve the distribution sales revenue targets and demand creation objectives to **grow our market share **in your assigned area.
- **Promote our solutions and organize products trainings **for our distribution partners to maximize their share of mind for Infineon.
- Understand and drive complete **IFX portfolio sell **via channel to **maximize Infineon product content **with each customer **following a product to system approach.
- Coordinate all required actions with all involved parties (Field Application Engineers, Regional Distribution Marketing, Product Marketing) to **win new customers/projects **.
- Learn how to **review business with partners **to drive accountability, reviewing opportunities with Distribution account managers and **driving actions to win new customers/projects **.
- Develop an understanding of how to **plan and measure the sales performance **in the region and **propose actions **to maximize the business.
- Scan the market to **identify new high potential customers **.
- Create a **business case **when a new potential account is identified.
- Contribute to **define the winning sales strategy **including support requirements.
- **Support management and experienced peers **to sell emerging customers to required stakeholders, executing the defined strategy.

Furthermore, your proactive mindset allied with your focus on quality allow you to make things more efficient, playing a crucial role in the whole team's excellence goals.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Electronics/Electric Engineering, Sales & Marketing **or equivalent field of studies.
- Strong **drive, motivation and self-reliant behavior **as well as the ability to **manage complex situations **and **solve problems **with several stakeholders.
- **Fluency in English and good command of Italian **. German is a plus.
