To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an **B2B Clinical Specialist** to join the **B2B Clinical Team**.**

**AS A B2B Clinical Specialist YOU WILL**:

- Lead briefings with external companies representatives to identify training needs and objectives
- Customize training projects to make them tailor-made in response to emerging needs, ensuring psychological content integration
- Support dedicated trainer to prepare and deliver contents, ensuring training events logistics
- Be present at events, providing support to trainer and companies representatives and collecting feedback to improve future training events
- Work in synergy with the rest of the team to ensure an effective implementation of clinical projects
- Create detailed reporting on the progress of clinical projects, providing analysis and recommendations to optimize results
- Be a cultural ambassador and drive the local rollout of the new B2B value proposition in alignment with the Leadership Team

️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- Proven professional experience in psychology and psychotherapy, preferably with specific experience in the training field
- Proven skills in the design and development of customized training projects, to match specific clients’ needs
- Ability to conduct briefings and to manage the training needs of individuals and organizations
- Ability to conduct and to manage logistics of training events, ensuring efficient and professional organization
- Results oriented and capable of evaluating performances, with ability to create detailed reports on the progress of clinical projects
- Flexibility and ability to adapt and to work well in a fast-paced environment, successfully managing any challenge that may emerge during training projects management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, ability to create an inclusive and stimulating training environment
- Ability to work in a team, collaborating with other professionals to ensure the overall success of training projects
- Fluency in Italian and English
