Per la nostra sede centrale di Firenze siamo alla ricerca di un/a Customer Satisfaction Analyst
Lo svolgimento dell'attività sarà presso la sede negli uffici centrali di Human Company e supporterà il responsabile di funzione.
**Customer Satisfaction Analyst**:
Il Ruolo di Customer Satisfaction Analyst
Rispondendo al tuo responsabile e in base agli obiettivi assegnati, ti occuperai di monitorare, analizzare e migliorare l’esperienza complessiva dei clienti, attraverso l’analisi e l’elaborazione dei dati. Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
**Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente**: raccolta dei dati relativi alla soddisfazione del cliente attraverso sondaggi, feedback, e metriche di performance.
**Analisi dei dati**: utilizzo di strumenti per interpretare i dati raccolti e identificare tendenze, modelli e punti critici nell'esperienza del cliente.
**Identificazione di problemi**: individuazione di eventuali problemi o aree di insoddisfazione del cliente e delle cause sottostanti.
**Raccomandazioni di miglioramento**: Proposta di soluzioni e raccomandazioni per migliorare l'esperienza del cliente, sia attraverso modifiche operative che strategiche.
**Collaborazione interfunzionale**: collaborazione con altre funzioni aziendali per implementare i cambiamenti necessari e migliorare l’esperienza del cliente.
**La risorsa ideale**:
Ha maturato esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli e contesti analoghi
E’ in possesso di Laurea in discipline economiche/gestionali o similari
Orientamento all’analisi dati ed ottime capacità analitiche
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Ottime conoscenze informatiche
