**Job Description Summary**: Activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Coordination of instrumentation activities in experimental testing
- Concurrence on instrumentation design
- Instrumentation reports
- Best practices definition and sharing
- Management of the instrumentation in stock and of procurement working with sourcing and suppliers
- Repair procedures definition
- Coordination of the Catalyst core 1 instrumentation execution
- Monitoring and controlling of the scheduled activities
- Change management
- Problem solving with the team to meet the delivery targets

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor degree in Aeronautics or Mechanical or Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Fluent English and Italian
- Proven experience in an engineering role
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings
- Solid background in instrumentation, measurement and acquisition systems
- Familiarity with the Quality System
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
- Project management skills to plan and monitor the activities in terms of schedule and costs

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience in leading cross functional and multicultural teams
- PC proficiency
