The Palace Company Europe is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Quality Specialist** to join our Corporate Quality team in Milan, for the European and Maldives Regions.

**Mission**:
This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality standards and procedures across our hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the **Quality & Performance Training Director**, and functionally aligned with the **Global Corporate Quality team**, the Specialist will work on both **operational audits** and **data-driven analysis**, ensuring excellence in guest experience and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System across hotels in Europe and Maldives.
- Conduct regular audits, quality visits, and operational walkthroughs to monitor compliance with internal standards and brand guidelines.
- Analyze guest feedback (e.g., ReviewPro, Internal surveys) and other performance indicators to detect trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the rollout of new quality initiatives, SOPs, and training related to brand standards, service excellence, and operational consistency.
- Collaborating in the development, delivery and evaluation of Quality Training Programs.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in quality, operations or guest experience within luxury segment: hospitality (corporate or multi-property roles preferred), retail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Spanish or another language is a strong plus.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
- Availability to travel within Europe, Maldives, Messico.
