Link HR Professional Solutions ricerca, per una realtà multinazionale del settore medicale ed ospedaliero, la seguente figura professionale per implementazione organico: **TENDER & OFFER SPECIALIST** La figura professionale, in collaborazione con un Team di colleghi e supportato per la fase iniziale di formazione da un collega Senior, si occuperà della predisposizione della documentazione per le gare, le offerte, l'iscrizione all'elenco dei fornitori abilitati e della revisione degli ordini. In particolare le mansioni da svolgere saranno le seguenti: - Analisi e predisposizione della documentazione amministrativa necessaria per la partecipazione a gare pubbliche (autocertificazione, fidejussione bancaria, contributi ANAC, ecc.) e raccolta della documentazione técnica (prezzo, specifiche del prodotto, configurazioni del prodotto ecc.) dai reparti Vendite e Marketing; - Preparazione del preventivo ed invio al cliente tramite le piattaforme dedicate (MEPA, Sintel, Intercent ER, Empulia, Sardegna Cat ecc...); - Classificazione e archivio della gara/offerta; - Rinnovo semestrale qualificazione piattaforma telematica e gestione aggiudicazione gare; - Gestire eventuali "anomalie" di gara inviando segnalazioni o informazioni secondo le procedure aziendali; - Verificare della conformità dell'ordine di vendita all'offerta e la configurazione finale del prodotto. **Skills & Experience** I requisiti fondamentali per lo svolgimento del ruolo sono: - Laurea ad indirizzo economico o giuridico; - Buona conoscenza del Codice degli Appalti; - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3/4 anni nello stesso ruolo; - Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office (Specialmente Word ed Excel); - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. **Dopo un primo periodo di formazione ed affiancamento è prevista la possibilità di lavorare in Smart Working per due giorni a settimana.** **Contratto di assunzione**: contratto a tempo determinato/indeterminato **Retribuzione**: da commisurare al profilo e all'esperienza + Ticket 8 euro **Orario di lavoro**: Lun-Ven | 40h settimanali **Sede di Lavoro**: Cinisello Balsamo (MI) Settore: Ospedaliero/Medicale/Sanitario Ruolo: Commerciale/Vendite Percentuale di occupazione: Full time Tipo di occupazione: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Inquadramento: Professional / Specialist
