Launched in 2006, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP’s Online Flagship Stores Division partners with world leading luxury brands to power their own e-commerce destinations. It provides a suite of B2B luxury services including online and mobile store development, high-precision omnichannel logistics, unrivalled customer care, impactful digital marketing, data-driven merchandising and global strategy development.

The Online Flagship Stores Division’s main aim is to help brand partners anticipate customer needs and create a seamless luxury retail experience. Its advanced omnichannel model - NEXT ERA - blurs the lines between online shopping, mobility and the boutique, providing unprecedented visibility and access to products across the world, transforming the shopping journey for customers, wherever they are and however they choose to shop.

In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customized technologies.

The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented Assistant Buyer to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Italy, Office in Milan

Department Size: 10

Reporting into: Buying Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Support the buying team in the pre-buying activities by preparing performance reports and detailed product analysis
- Assist the buyers during buying appointments
- Support the buyers in post-buying activities by creating seasonal buying presentations and trend reports
- Organize the seasonal buying agenda
- Constantly monitor in-season sales performances, inventory and deliveries to identify business opportunities while optimizing replenishment and maximizing sell-through. Create weekly or monthly performance reports
- Perform benchmark analysis and study market trends in order to give strong buying input

**Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Great passion for fashion and general product technical knowledge
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Well-organized, methodical and proactive with the ability to self-motivate and drive initiative
- Fluent in English written and spoken. French is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
