YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is the world leader in online luxury and fashion that comprises a complete luxury retail ecosystem. To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Junior Merchandise Planner to join the Online Flagship Stores Merchandise Planning & Buying team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Italy, Office in Milan
Reporting into: Merchandise Planning & Buying Team Leader Online Flagship Stores
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Cooperate in the Open-to-Buy definition for the brands assigned in the Online Flagship Stores portfolio.
- Provide an active support in the yearly and seasonal analysis package provided and presented to the external partners during the Open to Buy meetings.
- Update periodical reports on the Stock, Performance and Assortment Rotation KPIs and provide support in any specific analysis required both internally or externally by the partners.
- Prepare and update Benchmark analysis of the main performance KPI’s to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for the brands of our portfolio.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Degree in Economics/Engineering Management or equivalent;
- Interest in e-commerce and fashion industry;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint (i.e. pivot tables, excel formulas, formatting, etc.);
- Proficient in English
