InPlace ricerca per Boutique Hotel 4 stelle situato nel centro storico di Napoli, un/una Front Office Manager.

La/il Fornt Office Manager riporterà direttamente alla proprietà e si occuperà di coordinare e gestire il team del ricevimento, curare e garantire la comunicazione e la sinergia tra i reparti, garantire l'espletamento di tutti gli adempimenti amministrativi e normativi, relazionarsi con i fornitori.

La Persona che stiamo cercando ha maturato esperienza in Boutique Hotel o Resort di medio/alto livello, è una persona organizzata ed in grado di organizzare e gestire un team, è inoltre una persona dinamica e proattiva, in grado di anticipare i bisogni della clientela e gestire operativamente le complessità di una struttura alberghiera.

Si offre un iniziale contratto full time a tempo determinato, finalizzato ad un inserimento stabile.
