The segment **Talent & Rewards** comprises practices in executive compensation, rewards and performance management, communication, talent management, sales force effectiveness and rewards, change management, organizational effectiveness and HR function strategy and service delivery. The Rewards practice provides the strategy, design and execution support for pay and other reward programs to help clients optimize their rewards spent and ensure their programs drive the behaviors and performance required to meet key business goals. Within this practice, our sales effectiveness and rewards service line focus on sales force productivity and incentives to drive profitable growth.

Our solutions cut across the employment lifecycle, from attracting and deploying talent to managing and rewarding employees’ performance to developing their skills and providing relevant career paths to help retain and engage them over time

**The Role**

As an Associate Director, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants and for the world’s leading organizations, while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills, as well as project and client management capabilities.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
People
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate effective leadership ability by effectively mentoring other consultants
- Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

Client
- Partner with consultants and clients to design strategies to attract, reward and retain talent
- Ensure effective project management, maintaining team progress against established budget, timeline and quality standards
- Establish a trusted advisor role with clients and provide consistent relationship management
- Oversee multiple and complex engagements ensuring that projects are completed on a timely and profitable basis Help our clients ensure that their reward programmes are competitive by performing competitive benchmarking analyses
- Perform industry and financial research related to compensation strategy and design
Develop pay structures and incentive designs that help support companies’ business strategies
- Participate in the design of custom compensation surveys
- Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels

Financial
- Meet chargeable hours targets
- Directly contribute to sales and marketing efforts by managing relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services
- Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts

Excellence
- Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Executive Compensation and Rewards
- Manage and deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations

Objectives:

- Review and design of reward and talent programmers across a variety of client and industry types but covering many of the world’s largest and most successful organizations
- Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis practices utilizing the range of WTW data, tools and processes (liaising to our Compensation and Benefits Surveys for a proficient insight and knowledge exchange)
- Development of optimum career frameworks and competencies within organizations to enable them to effectively manage other HR initiatives such as talent development, performance management etc
- Perform industry and financial research related to reward strategy and programmer design
- Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs
- Participate in the design of broad-based employee salary and incentive plan

**The Requirements**:

- Considerable experience in the areas of job evaluation/job levelling, salary structuring and incentive programs an advantage
- Significant experience in a Senior Consultant/ Seller role within the Organization Practice of a
Management Consulting Company or a Human resources Consulting firm
- Leadership vision and proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting
professionals
- Proven business management skills, including financial and people management
- Proven change management skills to create a market focused, commercial and collegiate team
- Recognition as a trusted advisor by senior leaders in the HR community
- Collaborative business style to introduce new programs/systems and value added services
internally and to client organizations
- Excellent client relationship skills, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial attitude
- Extensive experience with business development and track record proving sales capabilities
- Knowledge of Rewards or Talent solutions and appreciation of the role of technology in service
delivery is an advantage
- English Fluent ( Level C1 minimum)
