As, a Manufacturing Specialist Production Supervision, you will be responsible for: - Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations. - Responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. - Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. - Leads a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 million. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will have: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Engineering field, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing. - Fluency in Italian and English is required - Strong oral and written communication skills and a strong interpersonal and leadership skills would be a plus - Ability to work independently having a strong problem solving skills is desiderable **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
