Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. **Partner with the best** As Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Material Plan & Execution, you will be responsible of: - Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. - exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. - Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. - Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will have: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience in Manufacturing) - Intermediate experience in Materials Planning and Execution - Strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills **Desired Characteristics** - Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously - Effective problem identification and solution skills. - Proven analytical and organizational ability. **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
