The Placement Corporate Team plays a strategic role for the achievement of the targets set up for the segment, being involved in several activities from the interaction with markets to the tight relation with internal business units. The team operates centrally in the main processes related to the market face activities, being in contact with the offices and colleagues all around the Italy and being strongly connected with the international network.

**We will count on you to**:

- Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs;
- Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
- Coordinate with carriers, underwriters and client teams to provide cohesive client service;
- Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers;
- Forecast and confer a basic understanding of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and inform client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage;
- Coordinate resources and workloads developing management skills;
- Be responsible for placement activities of specific Italian Offices;
- Manage strategic domestic and international projects.

**What you need to have**:

- Master Degree in Economics or Law;
- Previous experience (3/5 years) in a similar role, preferably in Insurance or Insurance Brokerage companies;
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products and industry;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
