Il nostro cliente, azienda leader nella fornitura di fasteners, ci ha incaricati di selezionare una figura di:
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**
- Individuazione di nuove opportunità di business per il conseguimento degli obiettivi di crescita aziendale;
- Ampliamento del mercato di riferimento, supportando i clienti nell'identificare le migliori soluzioni in termini di servizio a loro dedicate e curando in prima persona tutte le fasi della trattativa commerciale;
- Verifica dell’andamento e del conseguimento degli obiettivi prefissati;
- Gestione della reportistica relativa a ciascun Cliente e alle attività svolte, con analisi delle performance.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline economiche o statistiche
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza pregressa maturati in ruoli analoghi in aziende operanti nella proposta di servizi nel canale B2B;
- Dimestichezza con i principali tool informatici;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Completano il profilo forte interesse per tematiche di digital transformation, spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative, orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati.
