Spa Manager

Located in the heart of Tuscany, Borgo Santo Pietro is an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm including a healing herbal garden just outside the Spa. At our in-house state of the art lab we produce our own natural skincare luxury brand Seed to Skin Tuscany, a unique skincare range expertly formulated by combining natural ingredients with advanced molecular science to harness the true power of nature.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of therapeutic and aesthetic treatments, including massage, hot stone therapy, luxury beauty facials and nail services.
- Supervision of a team of spa therapists and oversee the operational running of our holistic spa facilities.
- Organize schedules, training, reservations, retailing, and spa-related activities.
- Manage product orders and inventory control.
- Maintain the highest luxury standards while offering a comfortable ambience for our highly esteemed guests.
- Ensure that profitability is maximized by ongoing training, and optimization of scheduling team members in treatments, retail sales and effective Spa scheduling.
- Organises all wellness events and individual requests.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a managerial position in a high-level spa.
- Therapist diploma and qualification required.
- Excellent command of English and fluency in Italian. Other languages spoken are a plus.
- Outstanding people and managerial skills.
- A holistic approach to beauty and healing.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A client-focused approach.
