The _Service Contract Specialist _is responsible for proactively look for service contracts opportunities on HACH installed base instrumentation as well as to renew the existing ones to drive the total service revenue growth. The Service Contract Specialist will need to quickly build customer rapport and leverage customer relationships and Hach value propositions, thereby moving opportunities to close. We’re looking for a dynamic person, with a technical and commercial background and a strong spirit of initiative, capable of creating an important network of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is part of the _Service Team _located in _Lainate office_.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes and reach the growth target.
- Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
- Cross-functional interfacing with other commercial and technical departments to improve skills and leverage the best resources to close business
- Use extensively visual management and daily work to control the business and drive results

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Technical/ Commercial Bachelor’s degree or similar diploma
- 3 years progressive sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business environment
- Demonstrated ability to listen to and seek out solutions to customer needs regarding service products
- Effective organizational and time management skills (SFDC knowledge preferred)
- Languages: English is required; other languages as a plus

- Interfacciamento con altri dipartimenti commerciali e tecnici per migliorare le competenze e sfruttare le migliori risorse per chiudere il business
- Utilizzare in modo estensivo il visual management e il daily work per controllare l'attività e raggiungere i risultati
