**Payroll HR Assistant (Hybrid)**
- Full time, hybrid Milan, Italy (1day/week office based in Milan)_
The Payroll HR Assistant is responsible for HR administrative duties in a support role, working under direction of local HR Team.
**As a Payroll HR Assistant, you will**
- Be the first point of contact for employees’ requests (HR Help Desk)
- Maintain full knowledge of company HR policies and answering related questions for employees and managers
- Be responsible of validation of payroll and HR Data Base
- Be involved in HR projects
- Manage Health & Safety: coordination of all the related activities
**About you**
- Previous HR Admin experience will be considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Zucchetti knowledge will be considered a plus
- SAP - SuccessFactors knowledge will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level)
- Capability of exercising extreme discretion
- Team working
- Deadline and priority management
- Good interpersonal skills and empathy
