**Your Tasks**:
- You will manage a team of 8 - 10 motivated B2C Sales Agents
- You will contribute to the achievement of our company objectives
- You will coordinate and manage all of our Italian sales team activities
- You analyze and monitor team performance with a view to achieving goals
- You arrange and manage meetings (weekly and monthly) with the sales team and the various company stakeholders
- You will be an integral part of decision making on organization and strategy
**Your Skills**:
- You have excellent managerial and organizational skills and have experience in leading a sales team
- You are familiar with KPIs and sales performance monitoring and know how to analyze numbers
- You have a high propensity for teamwork and know how to motivate
- You are an organised, results-oriented person with a dynamic and proactive approach and want to build processes and your organization from scratch
- You speak fluent Italian and English
