About this role

Local responsibility to create and maintain safe, compliant and great places to work and provide staff with an excellent level of Workplace services according to the regional and global direction. Work with the Workplace management and peers to continually evolve the Workplace function within the business to be best in class. Where applicable will manage local resources to deliver services to the business. In this role you need to align with local HR and Country / Senior Management to support the local business needs in the best way possible.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Support localized external / serviced office spaces and assist in coordination of office construction works.
- Work with landlord / building management to ensure the asset is well-managed and maintained.
- Prepare and advise on local improvement possibilities and present ideas for efficient cooperation.
- Contribute to policy development for Workplace management and implement improvements.
- Take full responsibility for daily local Workplace management and implement corporate procedures.
- Manage and maintain Workplace documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on internal events and initiatives.
- Create local budgets and track costs of the location
- Experience in leading an office management/Workplace team
- Execute on local regulations with regards to health, safety and security

**What will you bring to the table?**:

- Relevant operational experience within Facility management.
- Experience of managing a facility/office management team
- Broad knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, security, fire protection, construction) and a good understanding of carbon footprint (energy, water, waste management).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Pro-active and forward-thinking, with the ability to react in a fast-paced environment, and capable of thinking 6-12 months ahead.
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and verbal) with Google Suite knowledge advantageous.
- Relevant Health & Safety accreditations (IOSH / NEBOSH or similar) are advantageous.
