- Relevant experience in a brokerage / insurance / or finance company;
- Comprehensive technical understanding of insurance products and markets;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian;
- Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to sustain the relationship with clients;
- Team player and result-driven.
