**Gardemanager and Pastry Chef
- Melbourne, Australia**

We have a once in a lifetime opportunity for an experienced Chef to join a fine dining restaurant in Melbourne.

The position is sponsored, and we are looking for a Gardemnager who has Pastry Chef experiences as well.

Due to the visa processes, we anticipate the person to start in the second part of the year.
- Responsibilities: _
- Setting up larder section for lunch & dinner _
- Plating a la carte & function services (low pax)_
- Produce hots d’oeuvre, snack food, canapes & amuse gueule _
- Create terrines, pate en croute, charcuterie & aspic dishes _
- Producing cakes & restaurant desserts_
- Baking variety of breads _
- All kind of parfaits, ice creams and sorbets _
- Plated desserts _

**Salary**: €45,000.00 - €48,000.00 per year
