Sky Italia is looking for a Liaison Expert Investigator to join the Finance Business Partner structure, within the Anti-Piracy team.

We are looking for an investigator with prior experience in Law Enforcement and proven expertise in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence), and data analysis, to be part of our Investigation Group dedicated to protecting and safeguarding company content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Senior Investigator in both operational and strategic activities, contributing to the achievement of anti-piracy goals and strengthening relationships with law enforcement agencies at national and international levels.
- Participate in the development of significant investigative cases, managing analysis, case handling, and coordination with institutional stakeholders and internal departments.
- Actively engage in investigative processes, focusing on data collection, organization, and analysis, with particular attention to structuring and leveraging information for case development.
- Provide support for forensic analysis activities conducted by the team and contribute to identifying evidence relevant to case progress.
- Ensure methodological precision, strong data analysis skills, synthesis ability, and clear communication, along with a solid understanding of the legal framework relevant to the phenomena under investigation.
- Offer operational and documentary support to law enforcement agencies, promoting effective and ongoing collaboration in investigative activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Previous investigative experience, gained in law enforcement or similar environments.
- Advanced knowledge of OSINT and SOCMINT techniques applied to investigative contexts.
- Familiarity with digital investigative tools, including link analysis software, data visualization, IP tracking, and blockchain analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Problem-solving abilities and operational autonomy.
- Teamwork skills, operational flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset and respect for operational deadlines.
- Proficiency in organizing, categorizing, verifying, and processing data, with the ability to produce structured reports.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel (analysis, tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (reporting and presentations).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to provide documentary and operational support to law enforcement agencies.
