Your key responsibilities - Request and negotiate supplier offers. - Producing supplier orders in EAMS. - Producing and sending orders in SAP/ARIBA. - Supporting the management regarding supply issues. - Identifying and suggesting the implementation of projects for new components or suppliers. - Aligning with global procurement about common actions on cost saving and supply issues resolutions. - Master data management for suppliers and components. - Data analytics for spending by supplier, type of purchase & department. **Profile**: - Degree in Economics (or management engineering, which is considered a plus). - At least 2 years of experience in Procurement (pharmaceutical industry is a plus). - Experience with the use of MRP/ERP systems (SAP is a plus). - Knowledge of data analysis with Microsoft Excel and reporting. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Good English, written and spoken. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Time management skill and aptitude to respect deadlines. - Continuous improvement and change oriented. - Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations.
