We are looking for you

Based in our Headquarter in **Carpi (MO),** we would like to include a** Customer Service Intern **that will strengthen the **Customer Service Retail Team**.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student or fresh graduate who is willing to take on a **6-month** experience and to be part of our team.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide customer service assistance for retail stores.
- Support in pricing transmission and monitoring.
- Support in planning and analyzing store inventory results.
- Data entry of goods delivery notes and product orders.
- Support in monitoring and reporting activities.
- Maintain regular communication and work in teams with company departments involved in new projects.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Currently pursuing or completed degree in Economics, Business Management, or related field.
- Effective communication skills and customer orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and data processing abilities.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Initiative and ability to work in team.
- Interest in the Retail sector and operational management.
- Willingness to work closely with stores and various company locations.
- Knowledge of English language.
