Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our International Business Management Team. The **Customer Service Amazon** position is accountable for the operational management of all Customer Service activities for the **Amazon EMEA **account on a daily basis, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process of order management.

This new job position is strictly related to the strong commercial development of wholesale trade in the EMEA region.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

The person will be responsible for:

- Customer Service and related logistics coordination for Amazon EMEA (order placement, confirmation and shipment for both seasonal orders and year-round refills)
- Management of Amazon portals related to orders, shipments, and others specific to this account
- Coordination with carriers/warehouse for order pickup and delivery
- Coordination with Administration Team for documents and invoices for export shipments
- Internal weekly reports related to confirmed/shipped/canceled orders

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**SKILLS and ATTITUDES**
- English and Italian is a must; another European language would be ideal
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
- Experience in pure-play channel (i.e. Amazon) and/or e-commerce is highly valued
- Strong collaboration spirit, multitasking approach and team work attitude
- Eager to learn and challenge herself/himself constantly
- Sense of ownership and ability to prioritize tasks
- Well organized person
