Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing change end to end throughout the lifecycle
- Ensure agreed Requests for Change RFC are entered correctly and change processes are adhered to
- Develop change management processes and procedures
- Discuss and align requirements with product stakeholders and customers
- Optimize existing procedures to increase supportability, robustness and simplicity
- Organize CAB Meetings, Chair Change Advisory Board CAB meetings for cross tower changes chair
- Post implementation review meetings
- Review monitor and communicate the progress and final outcome of changes to all relevant parties
- Take personal control of Expedited and Emergency Changes
- Oversee any follow up actions identified from our various stakeholders and be a SPOC for everything related to changes and our development roadmap
- Drive Continual Service Improvement activities related to the Change Management process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or 5 years of related technical experience.
- 3+ years of Change Management experience with current industry technologies, building and maintaining automated pipelines
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and industry best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment process and techniques.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiar with Cloud Environments or hands on experience in go-to-cloud initiatives
- Familiar with SDLC or similar methodologies
- Familiar with releases across many integrated and distributed teams
- Outstanding written, presentation, and communication skills as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Improvement processes
- Quantitative analytical abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic environment working across multiple teams and organization
