Nell'ambito dello sviluppo del team, siamo alla ricerca di un/a** Processes Systems Specialist**per la Direzione Operations & Customer Care, sotto la supervisione del Responsabile Processes Systems & Performance Management

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Coordinare, monitorare, supportare le attività di Customer Care dei Retails Outlets diretti ed indiretti al fine di garantire la qualità erogata ai clienti e il rispetto delle procedure definite
- Coordinare l’armonizzazione dei processi tra canali fisici e digitali, con l’obiettivo di uniformare l’esperienza del Cliente su tutti i canali
- Formare le risorse interne ed esterne dell'Area Customer Care su prodotti e procedure operative rendendole autonome nella gestione completa del Cliente e dei relativi processi
- Aggiornare, scrivere e mantenere procedure sul Knowledge Management dedicate a tutti i canali di Customer Care
- Comunicare ai canali in modo esaustivo e tempestivo le nuove procedure o aggiornamenti delle stesse al fine di garantire la coerenza nella qualità di gestione verso il Cliente
- Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare il servizio al Cliente
- Partecipare alla creazione di nuovi processi, prodotti, soluzioni in collaborazione con le altre funzioni coinvolte. Identificare, supportando i colleghi responsabili dei canali, soluzioni efficaci per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare il servizio al Cliente

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea o diploma di scuola superiore;
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese;
- Buona capacità di analisi e di sintesi;
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi MS Office (in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel);
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi aziendali, in particolare CRM Salesforce, sistemi di fatturazione e altri sistemi aziendali;
- Spiccata attitudine al problem solving e alla collaborazione con altri reparti;
- Spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team, capacità relazionali e spiccato orientamento al cliente
- Costituiranno titolo preferenziale l’aver maturato almeno 2 anni in una precedente esperienza nelle attività di gestione dei processi e delle operations.
