JR31762 Manager, European Marketing (Evergreen)

The European Marketing Manager is a high-visibility role responsible for scaling the growth and execution of comprehensive programs for Microns field marketing efforts in Europe. They will be adept at establishing relationships at senior levels both internally and externally and executing high value marketing programs that produce measurable results.

Responsibilities Include:

- Lead a newly formed Europe field marketing function
- Develop and execute coordinated marketing plans for partner, event, digital and technology
- Coordinate closely with communications, (internal, external), operations (recruitment) to deliver a better together European marketing approach
- Ensure that Microns European business and team members are well represented through an internal communications strategy
- Coordinate with Micron marketing, sales and engineering teams to position Micron’s technology and innovations for success in Europe
- Manager third party in-geo marketing agency relationships
- Drive program operation excellence always

Desired Skills:

- Ability to take in information, synthesize/interpret requests and direct with speed and velocity
- Working knowledge of technology marketing, experience in Edge, Devices or Cloud Marketing a plus
- Broad marketing and product marketing skillsets with a specific background in B2B marketing
- Working understanding of marketing channels and GTM
- Demonstrated cross-functional communication, diplomacy, and relationship building skills
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion

Education/Experience:

- 7+ years of high tech B2B marketing/field marketing experience
- European marketing experience essential
- Degree/Major: Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communication and/or related field
- Experience in a large, fast growing, fast paced company and/or in the high-tech sector
