**WAREHOUSE MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE
Il Warehouse Manager sarà responsabile di tutte le attività di magazzino, ovvero di tutte le operazioni e dei relativi flussi logistici verso i fornitori e i reparti produttivi interni, nonché della gestione degli stock e della rotazione dei materiali.

Dovrà garantire la corretta applicazione delle procedure di qualità e di sicurezza in reparto.

Guiderà i progetti di miglioramento continuo in ottica Lean ed Industry 4.0 per la propria area di pertinenza, in stretta collaborazione con il team del Miglioramento Continuo.

Gestirà un team di 15 persone e riporterà all' Operation Manager.

**REQUISITI**
- Ottima conoscenza di ERP e sistemi gestionali, in particolare del WHMS
- Approfondita conoscenza delle metodologie di gestione magazzino
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e su scadenze
- Ottima capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire risorse, definendo obiettivi sfidanti e supportando i collaboratori nel raggiungimento degli stessi attraverso la promozione di una cultura basata sulla collaborazione
- Ottime capacità organizzative
- Conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico e delle procedure di Qualità
- Propensione al miglioramento continuo

E’ gradita la provenienza dal settore automotive e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
